Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
The participant of this trading procedure must necessarily provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer in the form attached to the tender. important!!!! ON the ETP for each purchase item, specify the total cost of services for 1 (one vehicle) according to Appendix No. 2 of the TOR. Also provide 3 (three) KP according to the purchase items (type of vehicle) + calculation according to Appendix No. 2 of the TOR. INFORMATIVELY, it is necessary to provide the cost of the RF according to Appendix No. 3 of the TOR.
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!

We remind you that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance/post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
