Auto-extension

Payment terms:The calculation for the Services actually rendered and accepted is made with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of a complete set of documents.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the MSP: the payment for the services rendered is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transfer of promissory notes, etc.
