Payment terms:Payment for services is carried out in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Provider's account. Payment currency - RUB. Preferred payment terms: the customer makes payments no later than 40 calendar days from the date of service delivery on the basis of acceptance results, provided the Contractor provides originals documents confirming the quality of services, acts and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Delivery terms:Services are provided upon conclusion of the contract within 30 calendar days.

Comments:
Please note that your offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following material conditions:
• name of the service with reference to the normative and technical documentation
• cost of services; venue of activities related to the provision of services, information on costs included in services (estimates);
• period of service provision
• terms and conditions of payment for services

In the event that a different order of delivery is assumed, the commercial offer (offer) must necessarily include an appropriate comment.

The period of validity of the offer (offer) shall be at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.

Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, the application of the technical description is required.
The results of the service, documentation should be free from the rights and claims of third parties, manufactured in-house or by dealer, as well as the contracts equated to them by a third party.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - loading the price offer with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization.

The organization, recognized as the winner of the procedure, must conclude a delivery contract with the SHAKHTERSK COAL SEA PORT in the customer's editorial office.

Please note that this request is not a notice of the contest or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 ch.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
