Payment terms:Payment for the Contractor's services is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account in the following terms:
1. no later than "_____" __________ 2023 The Customer makes a payment (advance payment) in the amount of 70 (Seventy) percent of the cost of services (clause 5.1 of this agreement);
2. within 5 (Five) working days from the date of signing the document of delivery and acceptance of the results of the provision of services (clauses 6.4, 6.5 of this agreement) The Customer shall pay the remaining amount in the amount of 30 (Thirty) percent of the cost of the services (clause 5.1 of this agreement)
Delivery terms:To send to the Customer in writing by one of the methods provided for in clause 6.1 of this agreement, the following documents, drawn up in Russian, in the following terms:
1. draft audit report – within 7 (Seven) business days from the date of completion of the audit, as defined in clause 4.4.1 of this agreement;
2. draft written information (report) of the auditor – within 10 (Ten) business days from the date of completion of the audit, as defined in clause 4.4.1 of this agreement;
3. audit report – within 10 (Ten) business days from the date of completion of the audit specified in clause 4.4.1 of this agreement or within the time period specified in clause 6.2 of this agreement for the Contractor to make a decision based on the results of consideration of the Customer's reasoned objections to the document specified in clause 4.4.2.1 of this agreement;
4. written information (report) of the auditor – within 20 (Twenty) business days from the date of completion of the audit specified in clause 4.4.1 of this agreement or within the time period specified in clause 6.2 of this agreement for the Contractor to make a decision based on the results of consideration of the Customer's reasoned objections to the document specified in clause 4.4.2.2 of this agreement
