In case of non–compliance with the standards for each KPI indicator, according to [04 TK Coordinators and Dispatchers (2).docx], a correction factor is applied to the cost of a shift per month - 0.9.

The total cost of services for the reporting period is determined taking into account the fulfillment of the SLA and KPI parameters according to the TOR and is calculated using the formula: The average coefficient for all indicators for the month * The cost of one shift (rubles) = total cost of the shift rub.

Comments:
The participant must fill in and upload to the B2B Center electronic platform (http://www.b2b-center.ru ) all documents listed in file 03 Qualification requirements.

• The lot is indivisible.
• It is not allowed to submit proposals for individual components of the lot.

According to the results of the procedure, two main (1st and 2nd place in value) and reserve suppliers are approved.
The total volume of services is divided between the main suppliers in the ratio of 70/30

The quantity of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents the volume that can be selected / not selected / exceeded by X5 Retail Group during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity can be reduced unilaterally by X5 Retail Group, including after selecting the winner and concluding a contract with him.
The request for prices and offers is not an auction and the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation do not apply to it. X5 Retail Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
Participants should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
