Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
the payment for services is carried out by transfering, quarterly, at the end of each quarter, based on the issued invoice within 20 days from the moment of signing by the parties of the receipt of the services rendered.
All payments are made in rubles of the Russian Federation by transferring money to the account of the contractor. Execution of payment day is considered the day of depositing funds to the account of the contractor.
