Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment upon the provision of services, within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the Certificates of delivery and Acceptance of services signed by both parties, as well as original invoices.
All payments are made in Russian rubles.
The cost of services is fixed, not subject to change for the duration of the contract.
Work on weekends and holidays is carried out at the rate specified in the contract and is not subject to increase;
The contractor provides the equipment in accordance with the bid (schedule) for any specified time, but not less than 10 hours per shift.
If the equipment is used for more than 10 hours, payment is made in proportion to the hourly rate multiplied by the actual amount of time worked;
Payment for rearrangements of lifting equipment (including assembly and disassembly of counterloads) at the place of work (inside the site) is made in accordance with the tariff approved in the contract, in proportion to the time worked and is not paid separately.
Delivery terms:
Provision of a range of services by road cranes and freight transport in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to this Tender Assignment (Schedule of provision), and in case of postponement of deadlines due to production necessity, according to a preliminary Bid submitted by the Customer 5-7 working days in advance.
Provision of special equipment and freight transport not specified in Appendix No. 2 is carried out by mutual agreement of the parties with the execution of additional agreements to the main contract.
Special equipment and cargo transport must meet the requirements in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this Tender Assignment.
Ensuring the fulfillment of bids for the provision of the above services – around the clock (as needed), including weekends and holidays (as needed).
When working on the territory of the enterprises where the Customer operates (LLC "ProTehStroy"), comply with the requirements of the Regulations of the enterprises of JSC "MHC "EuroChem" applicable to specific circumstances.

Comments: Rent of the following special equipment:
1. An automobile trawl on a pneumatic wheel (low-frame) with a tractor for transporting large-tonnage and oversized equipment elements in the conditions of the existing site in accordance with the Executive Scheme (Appendix No. 4) and in accordance with the working documentation (Appendix No. 3), with a carrying capacity of not less than 80 tons:
• the height of the trawl working site is not higher than 800-900 mm (the height limit on the way of transportation is 5251 mm, the maximum height of the transported unit is 4252 mm)
• the length of the trawl working platform is at least 9000 mm (the size of the longest element, bottom =8731 mm)
• the width of the trawl working platform is not less than 2500-3000 mm
2. An automobile crane for loading and unloading elements of large-capacity equipment in the conditions of the existing site in accordance with the Executive Scheme (Appendix No. 4) and in accordance with the working documentation (Appendix No. 3), with a carrying capacity of 200 tons. with the necessary equipment, slings, traverses (if necessary).
3. An automobile crane for mounting elements of large-capacity equipment in the conditions of the existing site in accordance with the Executive Scheme (Appendix No. 4) and in accordance with the working documentation (Appendix No. 3), with a load capacity of 400 tons. with the necessary equipment, slings, traverses (if necessary).
Be able to provide services using your own funds;
- Availability of the necessary type of special equipment and vehicles;
- availability of qualified specialists with appropriate professional education, confirmed by a diploma, certificate, admission to this type of services and work experience in the specialty for at least a year;
- the organization should not be in a state of insolvency, in the process of liquidation (for a legal entity), not be declared insolvent (bankrupt);
- not to be an organization whose property has been seized and (or) whose economic activity has been suspended;
- mandatory functions: to be able to provide services using their own funds, with payment upon the provision of services at the location of the Customer (LLC "ProTehStroy" Nevinnomyssk).
- to provide for prompt replacement (within 24 hours) of machine operators of equipment in case of their (vacation, illness, restriction of access to the territory of the enterprise LLC "EuroChem - Belorechenskiye Mineral Fertilizers" for various reasons, etc.) without changing the schedule of services.
This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
