Preliminary consideration of auction bids
When submitting an auction bid, the bidders need to upload the documents to the System in accordance with the requirements of the auction documentation. On the basis of the received auction bids the Organizer will make decision concerning admission of the bidders to the auction bidding.

The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Customer (Subscriber) pays the price of this Agreement in advance payments based on the invoices issued by the Distributor in the following order:
- The first advance payment (for the first half of 2020) no later than 10 (Ten) banking days from the date of signing of this Agreement.
- The second advance payment (for the second half of 2020) within 15 (Fifteen) banking days from the date the invoice is issued by the Distributor.
Confirmation of the fact of payment of the advance payment is the debiting of funds from the Subscriber's current account.
Payment for the price of this Agreement is made in the currency of the Russian Federation.
Terms of delivery:Deliver the Publications no later than 10 (Ten) business days from the date of their publication by the publishers - the relevant parties, on business days from 6-00 to 16-00 Moscow time to the address: RF, St. Petersburg, ul. Kurchatova, house 1, lit. BUT.
Attach to each batch of Editions an inventory of investments, a waybill in 2 (Two) copies, indicating the list and quantity of each periodical included in the batch of Editions, an invoice.
Deliver each batch of Editions in a package that ensures the complete safety of the Editions during transportation (in accordance with the requirements established for this type of packaging).
