The Participant's proposal must contain:
LOT No. 1:
1) Commercial offer in the form of Appendix No. 5 (in accordance with the form for Lot No. 1), taking into account all taxes and fees, as well as overhead and transport costs necessary for the implementation of the project in accordance with the stated Terms of Reference (in Excel and PDF formats on the letterhead of the organization with the seal and signature of an authorized person);
2) Completed Appendix No. 2 (Statement of Consent) (in accordance with the form for Lot No. 1) in PDF format on the letterhead of the organization with the seal and signature of an authorized person;
3) Completed Appendix No. 4 (Declaration of Conformity to the Customer's requirements) in PDF format on the letterhead of the organization with the seal and signature of an authorized person;
4) Completed Participant's Questionnaire in the form of Appendix No. 6 (in Word and PDF format with the signature of an authorized person and seal) with all the annexes required in the application form;
5) Summary of experts proposed for work;
6) Information about the experience of the experts proposed for work in the direction of the subject of the procurement (in any form);
7) Diploma or certificate of an expert in the field of GRI standards proposed for a project;
LOT No. 2:
1) Commercial offer in the form of Appendix No. 5 (in accordance with the form for Lot No. 2), taking into account all taxes and fees, as well as overhead and transport costs necessary for the implementation of the project in accordance with the stated Terms of Reference (in Excel and PDF formats on the letterhead of the organization with the seal and signature of an authorized person);
2) Completed Appendix No. 2 (Statement of Consent) (in accordance with the form for Lot No. 2) in PDF format on the letterhead of the organization with the seal and signature of an authorized person;
3) Completed Appendix No. 4 (Declaration of Conformity to the Customer's requirements) in PDF format on the letterhead of the organization with the seal and signature of an authorized person;
4) Completed Participant's Questionnaire in the form of Appendix No. 6 (in Word and PDF format with the signature of an authorized person and seal) with all the annexes required in the application form;
5) A copy of the auditor's license;
6) A copy of the independent assurance practitioner's report for a limited assurance engagement as required by Lot # 2 Appendix No. 2-3-4 of Appendix No. 3;
7) Summary of experts proposed for work;
8) Diploma or certificate of an expert in the field of GRI standards proposed for a project;
