Comments: 1. This request for a commercial offer is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the request for commercial proposals procedure, which (as well as the ongoing tender) It is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. The commercial offer must fully comply with the requirements/criteria set out in the Technical Specification for Delivery.
3. Without providing all the documents specified in the Request (or if they are unacceptable), the organization will not be allowed to tender.
4. The contractor must have experience in implementing large projects for the design and implementation of automated forecasting and data analysis systems, automatic planning of field work and balancing equipment, taking into account the placement of staff. It is confirmed by contracts, acts of acceptance/ transfer of systems into operation and documents containing information about the goals set and the results achieved.
The contractor must form a dedicated team of specialists with at least 2 years of experience in similar projects and specialization in areas (confirmed by the list of the team for the implementation of the project, indicating the full name, work experience, extracts from the staffing table, indicating the position and direction of activity).
The presence in the staffing structure (registration under the TC, urgent and indefinite TD, GPH and the combination of rates are not accepted) and the actual staffing of the contractor of a mandatory minimum of employees in the areas of competencies allocated to the customer's contract
