Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the tender for the provision of services for the transportation of goods and materials along the route Komsomolsk-on-Amur - Talgiy warehouse area.

Place of provision of services:
• Point of shipment: Khabarovsk Territory, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, sh. Horpinskoe, 4;
• Delivery point: Khabarovsk Territory, district im. Polina Osipenko site Talgiy.
Shipment of goods and materials to the vehicle is carried out from 09:00 to 17:00.
The length of the route is 450 km.
The route passes through the settlements:
Komsomolsk-on-Amur - Khalgaso - Khurmuli - Gorin - Kharpichan - Evoron - Berezov - Briakan - P. Osipenko - further according to the map (Appendix No. 1 to the TK).

Terms of work production:
Start date of work: 06/01/2021;
Completion date: 06/01/2022.
With further prolongation.

Scope of services:
1. The monthly volume of transported goods is 20 tons. The volume can be adjusted both upward and downward;
2. The total volume of transported goods is 240 tons. The volume can be adjusted both upward and downward;
3. The cargo is goods and materials; m / rental; semi-finished products, industrial goods, furniture, consumer goods, building materials.

Vehicle requirements:
Transport should be all-wheel drive, off-road, ensuring the delivery of goods along timber roads.
Depending on the nature of the cargo, delivery by various means of transport is required, including:
a) vans with a carrying capacity of 5, 10, 15 tons;
b) machines with a crane-manipulator with a lifting capacity of 5, 10, 15 tons;
c) by road with ADR for the transportation of liquefied gases in cylinders;
d) vans supporting positive and negative temperatures;
e) tractors with semi-trailers 12-13 m with sides for the carriage of bulk cargo;
f) tractors with semi-trailers equipped with fittings for transportation of 20, 40 ft. containers;
g) tractors with platform semi-trailers for transportation of oversized cargo;
h) tractors with trawls 30, 50 tons.

Responsibility and obligations of the Contractor:
1. The Contractor must ensure that the Contractor's equipment is in good condition at the place and at the time of the provision of services. Ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Contractor's equipment in the mode necessary for the provision of services in full, in accordance with the approved scope of work and requirements for the quality of the work performed.
2. The contractor is obliged to supply and equip wheeled vehicles operating at the customer's facilities:
• A video recorder displaying the speed, date / time and state registration plate;
• An orange flashing beacon or a flagpole with an orange flag at a height of at least 2m. from ground level;
• Wheel chocks (except for cars with an automatic transmission) in the amount of two pieces (or one if it allows you to fix the wheels on both sides);
• First aid kit;
• Emergency stop sign;
• Fire extinguishing means (fire extinguisher);
• Tachograph;
• In winter time (from the moment the permanent snow cover falls to its disappearance) with anti-skid chains, and also control their use in appropriate conditions.
The customer has the right not to admit vehicles that are not fully completed in accordance with this clause on the objects of work.
3. Ensure that carriers observe and comply with all mandatory rules and regulations during transportation;
4. Ensure compliance with the Transport Policy of the enterprise (Appendix No. 2 to the TK);
5. Ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation;
6. Ensure observance and implementation of natural and environmental legislation of the Russian Federation;
7. Ensure compliance with the on-site regime (security regime and rules of stay). Penalties when entering the site in a state of alcoholic / drug intoxication, when transporting alcoholic beverages / drugs, when using alcoholic beverages / drugs on the site - a fine of 100,000 rubles for each revealed fact. Smoking in the wrong place - a fine of 50,000 rubles;
9. Full reimbursement of the value of lost or damaged cargo, incl. containers;
10. Ensure compliance, including by drivers, with transport safety requirements (Appendix No. 4 to the contract);
11. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the safe operation of the serviced equipment in the modes provided for by the operational documentation for the equipment, maintain operational documentation for the equipment (aggregate, logbooks, passports), observe the frequency of shift and periodic technical inspections, have and observe the schedules of technical inspections and scheduled preventive repairs, provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the internal regulations of the Customer. The contractor is obliged to keep a detailed record of the time spent on the production of equipment in the form established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
12. The Contractor is obliged to provide a pre-trip inspection of the technical condition of the equipment by the controller in accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated April 6, 2017 No. 141 "On approval of the Procedure for organizing and conducting pre-trip control of the technical condition of vehicles";
13. The Contractor is obliged by order to appoint authorized representatives from among the employees performing the duties of a mechanic, one in each watch with the right to represent interests, to sign the documents necessary for the delivery of the services provided to the Contractor. The order on the assignment of duties should be sent to the Customer by e-mail. In the absence of such an opportunity, ensure the availability of a competent authorized person at the site providing services for release to the line in a contractual manner;
14. The Contractor is obliged to provide the personnel and admit to work the personnel upon the availability of all relevant approvals, permits and qualifications, confirmed by documents. In addition, provide pre-shift and post-shift medical examination of drivers by a trained and licensed paramedic, as well as control of drug and alcohol intoxication;
15. The Contractor undertakes not to involve for the transportation of the Customer's personnel, dangerous goods, long-distance (over 300 km) flights, drivers over 55 years old and having less than 5 years of experience in driving this type of vehicle in the region. Exceptions are allowed only by agreement with the Customer;
16. The Contractor undertakes to familiarize the driver's staff with the traffic pattern at the Customer's facilities and maps of hazardous areas, as well as periodically check their knowledge;
17. The contractor undertakes, when performing works subject to compulsory licensing, to have the necessary licenses and comply with the licensing requirements.

Occupational health and safety requirements:
Provided in the TK and annexes to the TK.

We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer no later than 10:00 (Moscow time) 05/17/2021 with the following attachments:
- a commercial proposal on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person indicating information on the approval of the basic draft of the work contract without disagreements, or the provision of an appropriate protocol of disagreements;
- completed proposal card (Appendix No. 3 to the letter);
- a completed Counterparty Questionnaire (Appendix No. 4 to the letter) and a reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required for the performance of work;
- scanned copies of documents confirming the availability of the necessary equipment, equipment;
- charter (in the latest edition with all changes and additions);
- certificate of state registration (on the assignment of the OGRN);
- tax registration certificate;
- the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary - a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 5 to the letter).
