Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

IT IS NECESSARY TO SPECIFY THE PRICE FOR A SET LUNCH (without VAT)

With the commercial offer, it is necessary to attach the Prequalification and Qualification files filled in

I. The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in providing catering services;
II. The presence of at least 5 positive reviews from Customers on existing or executed contracts (letters of thanks, letters of recommendation);
III. Having work experience of a comparable nature. Under the experience of work of a comparable nature, catering services are provided at industrial enterprises, numbering from 500 people, including night shifts, contracts for which were concluded during the last 3 years and have been fully executed or are under execution;
Supporting documents: A reference list indicating the services rendered and the contact persons of the Customers. Contracts with the Customer of a comparable nature (at least 3). Documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (acts of work performed/certificates of services rendered, etc.);
IV. Organization by the Contractor of at least 2 visits by representatives of the Customer of operating enterprises providing services of a comparable nature with mandatory tasting of prepared dishes;
V. Availability of positive experience in providing services of comparable volume. The experience of providing services of comparable volume is understood as the provision of services of comparable volume under contracts under which the Contractor has documented the fact of proper fulfillment of its obligations, there are no facts of recovery of penalties (fines, penalties), court proceedings in which the Contractor acts as a defendant.
Supporting documents: Certificate of experience indicating the amount of service (person) and the amounts and executed contracts. Contracts with the Customer of comparable volume (at least 3);
VI. Work experience in organizing event and business catering services (coffee breaks, business lunches, receptions, banquets, etc.).
Supporting documents: A reference list indicating the events and the volume of services rendered), a photo presentation of the events, positive feedback from Customers;
VII. Availability of the necessary logistical and human resources to fulfill the obligations under the contract;
VIII. The Contractor has a labor protection specialist who is responsible for labor protection at workplaces and safe work and has a certificate of training in labor protection at an educational institution according to a 40-hour program.

3. Please attach your commercial offer to the first and last offer. Also, in the commercial offer, it is necessary to specify the payment condition if it differs from the Customer's conditions.

Counterparties must conduct auctions and submit their final proposals within one stage, in real time, as well as within the time allotted in each procedure.

Rebidding is possible in exceptional cases, without prior notification of rebidding in the description of the procedure.
