Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer (the template is attached to the auction).
2. Quote list (attached to the auction)
3. Organization's balance sheet for the last reporting period
4. Reference list, in the absence of experience with Rusagro Group of Companies (template attached to the auction)
5. PTS scans of own transport and transport lease agreement.
6. Maintenance contracts and medical examinations.
7. License for passenger transportation. The license must include all transport in accordance with clause 4.
8. The consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance premiums) to the recognition of information constituting a tax secret, publicly available and a receipt for the acceptance of this consent by the Federal Tax Service. https://www.nalog.ru/rn68/fl/interest/tax_secrecy/
IMPORTANT! The taxpayer's consent must be displayed on the APK Charter website. There is no need to join the Charter.
9. Consent to the processing of personal data. (Attached to the auction)
10. To conclude an agreement, the participant must provide a full package of constituent documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
12. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the agreement without making changes:
- tax clause (attached to the auction);
- anti-corruption clause (attached to the auction);
- sanctions clause (attached to the auction).
The standard form of the contract for the provision of transportation services is attached to the auction.

We ask you to consider the possibility of signing an agreement on electronic document management.

In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.

In the auction, indicate the price for each lot of rubles. incl. VAT.
