2. Bidders must prepare and upload to the E-Marketplace the following documents (ALL of THEM ARE REQUIRED):
- commercial offer ( Commercial Proposal form for E-Marketplaces) scanned on the letterhead of the organization with a seal and signature, and in excel format;
- information card of the Bidder in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in this Documentation (Form No. 2);
- other information listed in the Terms of Reference;
- Documents confirming the Bidder's compliance with the requirements of this Documentation upon request for proposals (Section 7);
- A scan of the NDA signed and completed by the Bidder according to the attached sample (Annex to the draft Agreement - AGREEMENT on NON-DISCLOSURE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION);
- Agreement with the draft contract proposed by the Customer, or a protocol of disagreements to it in form No. 3 to this Bid documentation. |
