Dear participants, we invite you to take part in submitting an offer for the provision of office cleaning services for the needs of VITA LINE LLC.

Qualification requirements for participants:
1. Experience in providing daily cleaning services for at least 1 year from the date of application.
2. The Buyer's availability of material, technical and other necessary resources to fulfill obligations under the Agreement
3. Market experience in the field of cleaning for at least 1 year
4. Recommendations from existing customers (at least 3 letters of recommendation) with contact information (phone, e-mail, name (full)).
5. Documents confirming gross revenue (for example, balance sheet);
6. Copies of contracts and a list of facilities serviced over the past year with the signature of the director.


Purchase is carried out in one stage:
- Request for proposals - PAID according to the tariff plans of the ETP B2B-Center Group;


A procurement participant may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.

Requirements for electronic copies of documents, each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (file PDF format in black and white);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file must indicate its content, and for a document Statement of compliance with qualification requirements - the name of the file must contain the number of the Application to which it relates, the name of the counterparty.
The order of submission and composition of the documentation:
1. The applicant downloads the constituent documents in one archive:
1.1. Power of attorney for the right to sign tender documentation;
1.2. Details of the legal entity in the editable excel / word file;
1.3. Bukh report for the last reporting - Form No. 1, Form No. 2;
1.4. Certificate of the average number of employees certified by the IFTS;
1.5. A letter on the applicable tax system;
1.6. Extract from the register;
1.7. Charter;
1.8. Certificate of tax registration;
1.9. Director Appointment Order

2. Certified scan copy of "Presentation of the applicant.docx"
3. The participant in the procedure confirms the possibility of working by electronic document management (EDF) by downloading a certified scan copy of "EDO.docx"
4. The offer for the provision of cleaning services - RUB / m2 (including VAT), drawn up on letterhead, the number of the outgoing to the procedure No. _____ dated (date)
The participant of this request confirms that the company is ready to sign the Participant Model Form of the Agreement
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the scope of Article.Article. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
