Payment terms:Customer shall pay for work by transferring money by payment orders to the Contractor's checking account within 120 (one hundred and twenty) calendar days from the date of signature by the parties the act of acceptance of the work performed and the act of receiving equipment from repair without the customer's comments, with the required inventory numbers of the equipment, the application of the defective statement, (c) specifying the location of defects (type, plant number of drill block, well), return materials (scrap metal) from repair signed by the Customer's materially responsible person, the uniform form of OS-3 acts, the Contractor's invoices for the volume of work completed, invoice — invoices.
Delivery terms:The contract expires from 01.08.2021. to 31.12.2021
Overhaul period of equipment is not more than 30 calendar days from the time the equipment is taken to the Producer's production base;
The current repair period of equipment is not more than 15 calendar days from the time the equipment is taken to the Producer's production base.

This price request procedure is not a competition procedure. The Promoter has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or terminate the price request procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Suppliers!!!

A commercial offer application on letterhead is mandatory.

Equipment repair work must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the equipment operating manual and existing standards. The warranty period for the repair work performed is:
- to overhaul equipment 12 months, from the moment the equipment was put into operation.
RTI warranty conditions applicable for repairs are 1000 hours.

MANDATORY ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT IN THE CUSTOMER'S EDITORIAL.
1. The cost of the Contractor's proposed repair services shall be based on the cost of materials and services, according to Annex 1 to the specification, based on a defective statement (annex 2 to the specification) investigation in the production areas of subisrepleniters, when they are involved). The equipment brought to the Contractor's production base by reclamation must be repaired within 10 business days, from the time the equipment is taken.
2. Executor Requirements:
1) The production base is not more than 400km from the city of Almetyevsk Tatarstan - property or lease.
2) Have at least 3 years of experience in repairing SVP (confirmed by contracts).
3) The availability of logistical resources to perform the work:
- SVP installation and fastening stand - 1pc (property or lease with supporting documents).
- JVP Hydraulic Testing Stand (SVP Crane Testing at least 35MPa) - 1 pc (property or lease with supporting documents)
- Equipment providing connection point 600 V - 1 pcs
- Smooth-starting stand with SVP connection cable - 1 pc.
- Lathe - at least 2 pcs. (property or lease with supporting documents).
- Semi-automatic welding - at least 1 pc. (property or lease with supporting documents).
- The surfacing apparatus - at least 1 pc. (property or lease with supporting documents).
- Milling machine - at least 1 pc. (property or lease with supporting documents).
4) ISO 9001 Certificate for maintenance and repair of drilling oil and gas equipment
5) Service Service Availability - Proof Documents
6) The presence of a defectoscopy laboratory (ultra-sound, capillary, magneto-powder) - subcontract, certificate.
7) Availability of Oilfield Equipment Industrial Safety Expertise Laboratory - Subcontracting Contract, Certificate.
3. In case of failure of the Customer owned equipment (due to the Contractor) during the warranty (post-repair) period, as well as the failure of the equipment belonging to Customer, during the course of the work (s), the Customer may charge the Contractor with a fine in the amount of downtime (non-performance) of the rig (as per type of BU) based on the cost one hour of downtime (Annex 5 of the contract, the cost of an hour of downtime is adjusted unilaterally once a quarter), but not more than the cost of repair. If there is no downtime (unproductive) of the rig, the Customer may collect a fine of 50,000 roubles from the Contractor and the actual costs incurred to dismantle the failed equipment and installation of revolving equipment.
4. If a repair period of equipment is violated according to the terms of this contract under the mutually agreed list and monthly repair plan, the Executive shall be subject to penalties in 3 per cent of the cost of the repairs performed for each week of delinquency.
5. If warranty equipment fails, the Customer may dismantle it without approval from the Contractor. Upon the Contractor's arrival at the site (well), the parties shall establish a commission composed of competent, authorized representatives of the Customer and the Contractor who can determine the guilty party without additional investigation in shop conditions ordered by business orders. The Commission investigates and determines (determines) the cause of the failure of equipment, with mandatory clearance and signing on two sides of an act of investigation into the incident.
6. The Board determines the party that allowed the incident directly on the drilling site on the day of the investigation, and if there is no evidence of the fault of the Customer, recognized the Performer. Which, in case of disagreement with the commission's decision, after the equipment is taken to the Contractor's base (the transport provided by the Contractor), to conduct a further investigation at its own expense, may to present evidence of his innocence in what happened and refute the commission's decision. Upon further investigation, the Contractor undertakes to ensure the presence of the Customer's representative and make the call in advance. Additional investigation is carried out only at the Producer's production areas (it is not possible to investigate the production areas of the subisseaters, if they are involved). The equipment brought to the Contractor's production base by reclamation must be repaired within 10 business days, from the time the equipment is taken.
7. As a result of the investigation, the commission shall draw up an act of inquiry that the parties are obliged to sign, and no refusal to sign the act If the representative of the constituted investigation of the guilty party refuses to sign the act, the act is considered to be signed in favor of the other party, which is marked in the act.
This act is grounds for the guilty party to recover (pay) for damages caused by an incident, downtime or unproductive work at the expense of the guilty party, including penalties, submitted to the customer by third parties.
In the event that the Contractor is found guilty, the act is the basis for the Client's claim against the Contractor. Compensation (payment) of damages, including penalties, shall be made through an adjustment to reduce the amount of work done by the Contractor for damages (fine) and payment performed, taking into account the deduction of downtime (unproductive time) specified in the claims made and recognized by the Contractor, or left unanswered within 30 calendar days, or transfer money to the Customer's checking account based on the claim.
