Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for services is made by the Customer in three stages: upon the registration of the Branch, which is confirmed by a letter from GAFI (including tax accounting and opening an account), upon the registration of the Branch with EFCBC and upon the provision of all other services on the basis of the acceptance and transfer certificates of the corresponding services signed by both parties - the Customer and the Participant, as well as the invoices issued by the Participant. Payment is made upon completion of the stages of work. The first and second stages should not exceed 60% of the price.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
