Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Postpaid cashless payment system. Prices in the contract must be fixed for a period of not less than 12.1.2020, the (ie no less than 1 year). The date of the Customer to perform its obligations for payment of services is the date of debiting the funds from the settlement account of the Customer. Payment for work / services carried out within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of granting a package of supporting documents (invoice, certificate of completion, the registry), and if the documents are made available at different times - the last of the missing documents.
Delivery terms:- buses daily feed
- The carriage of passengers should be allowed drivers who have the appropriate category;
- Compliance with the established laws of the Russian Federation, work and rest of drivers;
- Regular software drivers necessary operational information on traffic conditions and work on the route;
- Organization of monitoring compliance with the requirements of drivers to ensure passenger safety.
- Providing vehicles with fuel and lubricants;
- Providing a replacement vehicle for the duration of their repair;
the quality of services requirements:
Passage of state technical inspection of buses on time and control before the release of the line.
Drivers must undergo mandatory pre-trip medical inspection and have a corresponding mark in the waybill.
