Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered is made with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
In case of concluding an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity, the final payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date the Customer signed the certificate of acceptance of the services rendered and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the current account Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
