Payment terms:
Payment upon provision of vouchers within ninety (90) days from the date of transfer.
Comments: A detailed description of the subject of procurement and the terms of delivery are specified in the procurement documentation and the contract, technical specifications, questionnaires.
The Participant has the right to prepare and submit an alternative Offer (provided that such a possibility is indicated in the Notification published in the System), which may concern both commercial and technical aspects of the offered products (in accordance with clause 4.1.2. Procurement documentation).
Offers in the System should be submitted during the period from the date of the placement of information on procurement until the expiration of the time specified in the Notification of the request for business proposals (in accordance with clause 6.1.2. Procurement documentation).
The term of the contract is 20 working days after the signing of the protocol.
The legal status of the procedure and documents, the procedure for conducting the request for proposals, as well as instructions for the preparation of tenders are indicated in the procurement documentation.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
