Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The payment for the rendered Services is made with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services signed and sent by the Contractor (Appendix 2 to Appendix No. 2), by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the MSP, clause 3.1. is set out in the following wording:
the final settlement is made within 7 (seven) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
b) an invoice,
c) or a universal transfer document (UPD),
d) a report,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation
