Comments:
1. Validity of the offer (offer) must be not less than 30 calendar days from the date of its delivery;

3. Treaty strictly Buyer edition (attached);
4. For participating companies, who had no contractual relationship with the company "Mechel-Koks" obligatory uploading documents strictly according to the list (attached);
5. For participation in the procurement procedure can be accessed for an explanation of the specified in the notice of the procurement documentation and individuals. Including advice on the registration at the site, a variety of methods and procedures for submission of proposals;
6. Please note that the RFQ (proposals) is not traded, including competition and / or auction, and his conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure RFQ (sentences) is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure RFQ (proposals) does not impose on the organizer of the corresponding amount of civil liabilities.
7. Term of conclusion of the contract - 20 working days after approval of the protocol and of the agreement on paper. After signing the contract initiator sends to the system of the relevant notice that is in the system's procedures.
