Payment terms:
Payment for performed work is carried out within 90, but not less than 60 calendar days from the date of submission of the act of performed work and the original invoice of the counterparty
Delivery terms:
1. Cost of works includes expenses for:
- full communal and catering services, based on the number of people per day.
The approximate amount of work under the contract will be - 12 000 (person / day).
Please indicate the price of the contract in the commercial offer.
2. The maintenance of facilities in accordance with the requirements for HSE, HSE, and SanPin.
3. The presence of a license for the main activity.
4. Involvement of third-party organizations to perform specialized types of work in agreement with the Customer, with the provision of letters of guarantee from organizations involved in the work.
5. Provision of information on the number of personnel involved in the performance of work, indicating the mode of operation (Appendix No. 4 to this contract).
6. The delivery and meals of the personnel is carried out by the Contractor at his own expense.
7. Delivery of perishable products will be carried out 2 times a week, not more than 150 kg per day, by the Contractor and at the expense of the Customer from Irkutsk. Delivery should be carried out only in written by the agreed by the Customer transport Contractors.
8. Delivery of products of long-term storage must be carried out by the forces and at the expense of the Contractor in winter - on winter roads, in the summer period - along the route of Ust-Kut-Vitim-VChNG.
