Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment according to the relevant specification is made by the Customer in the following order:
- 30% of the cost approved by the Parties in the Specification within 5 (Five) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice from the Contractor, subject to the signing of the relevant Specification;
- 70% of the remaining cost specified in the Specification within 5 (Five) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice from the Contractor, subject to the signing by the Parties of the act of services rendered according to the relevant Specification.
Delivery terms:Provide services with proper quality, in the manner and within the time frame agreed by the Parties in the Relevant Specifications to the Agreement.

All communication and provision of documents between the Customer and the Purchase Participant takes place exclusively on the ETP in the "Explanations" tab.
