Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
On a monthly basis, on the 10th (tenth) day of the month following the reporting one, the Buyer submits to the Supplier a report on the goods sold for the reporting period, and within 60 calendar days from the date of the report, pays the cost of the Goods sold for the elapsed period specified by the sales report by non-cash transfer of funds to the Supplier’s bank account, but not earlier than the payment day established by the Buyer. A payment day is understood to be Monday and Thursday, as the days of the week set by the Buyer to make payments under the concluded Agreements. If the payment date under the Agreement is earlier than the payment day, payment is made on the next payment day and is not recognized as being made in violation of the terms of the Agreement. The payment date is the date of debiting funds from the Buyer's settlement account.

2. Production of pilot samples with selected companies. Samples are provided free of charge. Sample submission deadline is April 15

Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
