Payment terms:
The cost of work should also include the costs of:
a. Mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment to the place of service and vice versa;
b. All costs of transport and mechanization equipment involved in the performance of work;
c. Travel expenses: per diem, meals, accommodation of workers at the place of work;
d. all types of permits for the performance of work (licenses, certificates (permits) of SROs, permits).
Materials and equipment necessary for the work are provided by the Contractor. Delivery, installation, dismantling of equipment by and at the expense of the Contractor.
Delivery terms:
The scope of work includes:
- inspection of the defective area, if necessary - expansion of the examination area.
- preparation of a report of the reasons and recommendations for eliminating the defect.
- preparation of design documentation to eliminate the defect
As a result of the work, the Contractor transfers to the Customer the documentation:
- survey report
- design documentation, as part of a preliminary estimate and / or project for the execution of works (by agreement with the Customer), which will form the basis of the subsequent competition for the selection of the Contractor for the repair of the building.
1. In preparation for the work, it is necessary to take into account the recommendations of the regional authorities and local authorities on compliance with the regime for preventing the spread of the virus (COVID 19)
2. Only employees agreed to visit the territory of STU LLC by the Weatherford Security Service are allowed to work;
3. Attracting third-party organizations to carry out specialized types of work as agreed with the Customer, with the provision of letters of guarantee from organizations involved in the work.
Comments: Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
