Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for KA: (adjusted if necessary)
Payment terms - 100% payment for the completed works is made by the Customer after 61 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the completed works
Warranty - according to the TOR. At least 24 months from the date of commissioning.
Attach a reference list
Delivery time of equipment and works (calendar days)
Attach a Technical and commercial proposal with the main technical parameters of the equipment, visualization, configuration and commercial conditions
Confirm that the supplier develops and coordinates with the Customer the SAT test program 3 weeks before the shipment of the equipment.
Attach a list of spare parts for the warranty period
Attach a drawing with the proposed equipment applied to the workshop plan, specify the connection points (Power supply kW, compressed air nl/min, cold/hot water required temperature) Specify the necessary technological openings for the installation of equipment

Confirm that all the supplied equipment is new, not earlier than 2023, not previously an exhibition sample without signs of operation

Attach a list of consumables for the production of works
Specify the validity period of the KP

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
