Payment terms:
Payment shall be made by the Buyer within 40 (forty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery is the date the parties sign the invoice in the Buyer's warehouse. If you do not match our payment requirements, you must specify your terms in the comments

The commercial proposal must attach the incorporation documents (certified by INN, OGRN, Charter, EGRUL, financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years, appointment order manager), product quality certificates, specification (composition).
The model contract is supported in the bidding documentation.
The proposals made in this procedure will not be considered without the Commercial Offer backed by the Lot.
