Comments:
This trading procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall within the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
The winner is selected at the total price without VAT. The delivery is not split between the participants. Delivery of only part of the items is not considered.
At the conclusion of the contract, the following documents must be provided:
-The Charter (with amendments),
- A certificate of state registration of a legal entity or a certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities registered before July 1, 2002.,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity) |
