- The quotation should include the cost of delivering the equipment to the buyer's warehouse, installation of equipment, commissioning, training of the buyer’s specialists, dismantling of the existing equipment and all other costs associated with the delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment.

- Price per unit with VAT and delivery cost;

- Readiness to cooperate under a standard contract of GK Rusagro;
- Warranty period;
- Possible provision of security (bank guarantee) if the commercial proposal implies partial or full advance payment.
