Auto-extension

Payment terms:
100% post payment within 10 banking days from receipt of goods at buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
By delivery to the buyer's warehouse. The price shall include the cost of delivery to the buyer warehouse at the specified address.
Comments: 1. It is obligatory to attach the commercial offer in electronic form, in KP the price with VAT, terms of shipment/delivery, terms of payment, country of the manufacturer of the goods and all contact information about the supplier should be specified.
2. Products should be new, not used. This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
