Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
50% prepayment. The Buyer shall pay 50% of the value of the Goods for the received new Goods within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the invoice/consignment note or other document confirming the acceptance of the Goods, provided that there are no claims on the quality, quantity, completeness, bundling of the Goods delivered and provided that the Buyer receives a proper in the form of the invoice issued to the Buyer, the original contract, the specification and the original shipping documents. If the above conditions of submission of documents are violated, payment for the goods shall be made within 10 days of the delivery of the kit to the Buyer
of all the above documents.

Balance sheet as of last reporting date (F01 and F02), 8.Technical Documentation (Passports) with Name, Key Specifications, Package, Warranty Volumes and Warranty term.
