| Payment terms: | The contract price includes the cost of the goods, containers, packaging and labeling, all costs of the supplier related to loading and unloading, insurance, transportation, delivery and transfer of the goods to the buyer, as well as all taxes, duties, fees and other mandatory payments that the supplier must pay in connection with the fulfillment of obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Payment upon delivery of the goods within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing by the parties of the consignment note COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12, based on the invoice issued by the supplier. |
