Payment terms:
100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the respective consignment of Goods within a period not later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the respective consignment of Goods
Delivery terms:
By delivery to the Buyer's warehouse to the specified address. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.
Comments: Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) The cost of TMC with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging (Packaging should be only in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96). The cost should be final, solid, include all additional costs (packaging, marking, etc.).
2) Product attitude - free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc. It is necessary to download the document confirming the status of the dealer, representative.

3) Delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse.
4) Method of transportation.
5) Transport conditions:
- special transport requirements, if applicable;
- Terms of storage of goods: warehouse open/closed, heated, unheated, $
- temperature range at which the product retains its properties and during what period
6) Warranty for the goods. It is necessary to specify the warranty period for the goods, as well as the date from which the warranty begins to operate (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, delivery to commissioning).
7) Term of replacement of goods under warranty.
8) After-sales service (specify where applicable to the product. Are maintenance services, training or product-related consulting provided? Indicate the company that provides services for the delivered goods)
9) Experience with the supply of this product on the market (attach reference list)
10) Estimated volume and weight (total volume).
