Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse is included in the price of the goods.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to conclude a supply contract for goods according to purchase items. Auctions are held to determine the Supplier with the minimum fixed price. The winner is determined by criteria. The list of attachments and sweets reflected in the TOR is for informational purposes, you can offer a similar analogue (chocolate is not changed to marmalade or lollipop). A specification fixing the cost, terms and conditions of delivery will be signed with the Supplier who submitted the most favorable offer, subject to all delivery conditions.
1. The analogues of products offered for delivery must comply with the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS and the specified CHARACTERISTICS.
2. Mandatory provision of photos of the offered products in all positions, with mandatory attachment of valid certificates for products.
3. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
4. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
5. The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
6. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
