Mandatory requirements for Bidders:
prices should be indicated on DDP terms (delivery to the consignee's warehouse is included in the price);
the goods must be of original factory design, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer. It is necessary to specify the manufacturer for each item of the shopping center.
it is necessary to attach:
- an official commercial offer indicating the contacts of the responsible manager, as well as a full description and characteristics of the proposed shopping centers. Proposals without an official Commercial Proposal will not be considered. In addition, you need to fill in the attached bid file in Excel format. The offer is valid for at least 30 calendar days;

of the requirements for the form of the contract - in the form of the buyer.
The packaging should ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage, a marking label in the form of the Buyer should be pasted on each place.;
This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition
