Payment terms:1. 100 (one hundred)% of the price is payable within 30 working days from the date of approval of the drawings
2.1. 80% of the price of the goods (consignment of goods, if the goods are supplied in batches) shall be paid within 30 working days from the date of transfer of the goods (consignment of goods) to the Buyer at the place of delivery, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods the Supplier has provided the Buyer with an invoice for payment, originals of the goods waybill and invoices drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is carried out within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all of the above documents.
2.2. 20% of the price of the goods (consignment of goods, if the goods are supplied in batches) is payable within 30 working days from the date of signing the commissioning certificate, but not more than 60 working days from the date of delivery.
3.100 (one hundred)% of the price of the Services is payable within 30 working days from the date of signing the certificate of completion of the installation supervision
4.100 (One hundred)% of the price of the Services is payable within 30 working days from the date of signing the certificate of completion of the commissioning
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out on DDP terms, in a single lot, by forces and at the expense of the Supplier. The Products must be new, not used. Packaging of the Goods must ensure the complete safety of the Goods during transportation by all modes of transport, including transshipment.

Comments:
PJSC Vysochaishy uses electronic document management (EDM) with its partners and clients in the Diadoc system (http://www.diadoc.ru) of SKB Kontur.
Please note that, all other things being equal, preference can be given to the RFP participant who:
1. Uses the electronic document management system (STANDARD EDF Agreement) or is ready, within 3 calendar days, after informing the organizer of the procedure about the winner in the request for proposals, to connect to the EDF system.
2. I am ready within 3 calendar days, after informing the organizer of the procedure for the recognition as the winner in the request for proposals, read and send to the initiator the completed Model Agreement of PJSC "Vysochaishy", without a protocol of disagreements, which is attached to the documentation of the request for proposals.
3. I am ready, within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the agreement in relation to the conclusion of which the request for proposals was carried out "
This request is not a competition notice (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
The agreement between the Parties is considered to be reached only after the signing of the Agreement by both Parties, no other actions of the Parties are considered as reaching an agreement on all the essential terms of the Agreement and / or are not considered as an offer and acceptance aimed at concluding the Agreement.
PJSC "Vysochaishy" has the right to choose Proposals that have not the lowest price, accept or reject any Proposal in whole or in part, reject all Proposals with or without explanation, cancel the purchase at any stage, including after the selection of the Purchase Winner. In case of providing false information, a potential supplier of goods, works, services may be removed from participation in the Purchase.
The procurement participant must attach a commercial proposal in the form of the Customer (Appendix No. 1) with the signature of the person in charge, as well as in an editable format. Quality certificate and certificate of conformity for the product. The price offer submitted through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price in the commercial offer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Внимание:Участнику закупки необходимо прикрепить коммерческое предложение и техническое описание Товара с подписью ответственного лица, паспорт качества и сертификат соответствия, договор официального дилера, подписанный экземпляр анкеты и учредительные документы (перечень необходимых документов указан в Приложении № 3)
Внимание:Технико-коммерческое предложение обязательно должно содержать:
- Коммерческую часть (стоимость Товара с учетом доставки, условия оплаты и т.д.);
- Сроки поставки Товара с учетом его доставки до места поставки;
- Срок гарантии Товара;
Формат коммерческого предложения приложен (Приложение №1).
Коммерческое предложение направляется в двух вариантах: подписанное уполномоченным представителем и в редактируемом формате.

- Чертежи
-При необходимости направить дополнительное подробное техническое описание Товара. Техническое описание должно быть подписано уполномоченным представителем и приложено в читабельной скан-копии
