Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Payment is made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse must be included in the cost of goods and materials.
Delivery terms:
The supply of material assets will take place in stages, according to the production needs of the Buyer. The specification fixes the cost per kilogram of product, but not by volume. Delivery time 1-3 days from the date of signing the main Specification No. 1 and Specification for the required volume.

Comments: Bidding for the right to conclude a contract for the supply of materials according to purchasing positions. Trades are held to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price until December 31, 2020 inclusive. The selection of materials will be carried out in volumes from one unit according to production needs from September 01 to December 31, 2020. INCLUSIVE! The list of materials reflected in the lot is for informational purposes only and serves to fix prices per kilogram of products, but is not required for a complete selection of materials for this procurement procedure. With the Supplier who submitted the most advantageous offer, subject to all delivery conditions, a specification will be signed fixing the cost of one kilogram of products, but not for the volume.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure (MANDATORY). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
