Public Joint stock Company "Plant Corps" appeals to you with an offer to take part in the tender for the supply of files, Nadfiley, stamps.
If you agree to participate in the tender, we ask you to reinforce the following documents with a separate file:
1. A commercial proposal in which the following information should be reflected:
1.1. Full name of your organization, legal and factual address, in accordance with the constituent documents;
1.2. A list of the supplied instrument, in respect of which you have decided to participate in the selection of suppliers, with reference to the ish. № of the proposals received from PJSC "Plant of hulls";
1.3. The value of goods calculated by you on the basis of the data set out in the offer to participate, sent to you from PJSC "Factory of hulls", without VAT. If the value of the goods VAT is not levied on it must be made reference.
1.4. Price fixing conditions (not less than quarter)
1.5. Terms of payment of delivered goods, considering that prepayment cannot be more than 50%;
1.6. delivery term;
1.7. Warranty terms;
The commercial offer must be signed, stamped and dated.
2. Extract from the unified State Register of legal entities (with the term of issue not earlier than 1 month before the date of submission);
3. Copies:
3.1. The Charter of a legal entity;
3.2. Certificates of State registration;
3.3. Certificates on tax registration;
3.4. Document certifying the powers of the Director (Order of Appointment/protocol on election) or other person (power of attorney)
3.5. Certificates on the system of taxation (on work with/without VAT);
3.6. Licenses, certificates of admission to works (self-regulatory organizations) and other permits, in the case of work, provision of services of delivery of goods and equipment, requiring the availability of appropriate permission.
3.7. The reference-list of the organization (with the indication of the organizations with which the work on the tender proposal and contact telephones is already carried out).
3.8. Balance sheet for the last reporting date;
3.9. Profit and Loss statement for the last 3 years;
3.10. For organizations engaging subcontractors to perform a contract, provide information about the subcontractor and the contracts concluded with them.
3.11. Recommendations and references of clients (preferably from 3 clients).
3.12. Certificate of average number of personnel.
3.13. Certificate of performance of tax obligations by the taxpayer.
4. Vendor information (Application form)
Absence, within the specified period, from your organization of the commercial offer and documents for participation in selection of suppliers (contractors), will be considered as refusal from participation.
Minimum qualification requirements for potential suppliers:
- Term of activity of a potential supplier – not less than 3 years from the moment of state registration of individual entrepreneur/legal entity;
- The presence of experience from a potential supplier in the relevant market of goods (works, services)-at least 3 years or the presence of employees with the specified experience in this market;
- Availability of appropriate licenses (in case it is required by current legislation) on delivery of relevant goods (works, services). Conformity of supplied goods (works, services) with technical and other requirements, provided by the Enterprise to the goods (works, services);
- If the potential supplier is a subsidiary or dependent legal entity from another (main) economic company or partnership (including established outside the Russian Federation), the experience may be the information on Experience of the main economic company or partnership. The presence of a potential supplier of qualified managers and employees with education and experience in the profile of ongoing purchases.
- Absence of unfulfilled/executed with considerable overdue obligations to customers (more than 30 days).
- Absence of connections and/or contacts of a potential supplier, its founders, shareholders with criminal structures.
- The potential supplier should not be insolvent, be in the process of liquidation, be recognized insolvent (bankrupt), whose property is seized and (or) the practical activity of which is suspended.
Mandatory requirements for all suppliers:
1. Consent or non-consent of work in the framework of 275 federal law;
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
