Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Use discounted price
Calculate the discounted price on the basis of the participants' bids. One of the criteria for selection of winner will be the discounted price.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Requirements for penalties:
In case of failure of the agreed delivery time, the "Supplier" pays the "Buyer" an unconditional fine of 20% of the amount of the specification to the contract.

The competition is held in 1 stage, while the organizer reserves the right to conduct additional stages if necessary.

For further participation in the procedures for choosing the source of supply for the needs of METALLOINVEST Group of Companies, accreditation is MANDATORY!

1. Requirements for the offer currency - the price must be indicated in the offer currency without VAT;
2. Required delivery time - the minimum possible guaranteed delivery time;
3. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 210 days.
4. Terms of payment 150 c/days from the date of delivery (participation in the procedure itself confirms the provision of this deferred payment)
5. Requirements to the terms of delivery - Delivery to the buyer's warehouse in (specified in the Bid Notice of the request for proposals) at the seller's expense. (DDP according to Incoterms-2010).
6. The Contract is concluded in the form of the Buyer;
7. Confirm the possibility of working on EDI (electronic document management Contour.Dyadok).


The development of relations is planned with companies that have passed the accreditation of sustainable development accreditation No. 739 and/or 800.
