Requirements to the participants:1) Должен в составе заявки (предложения) раскрыть информацию о всей цепочке своих собственников, включая бенефициаров (в том числе конечных). В случае изменения указанных сведений до даты завершения закупочной процедуры, Участник должен в течение 5 (пяти) дней с даты таких изменений представить актуализированные сведения.
2) Должен иметь опыт выполнения договоров, аналогичных предмету закупки с подтверждением положительных результатов от заказчика (заказчиков), применившего продукцию, аналогичную поставляемой;
3) Должен являться производителем (заводом-изготовителем) продукции, составляющей номенклатуру лота, его дилером (представителем) или быть официально уполномоченным представлять интересы производителя в данном конкурсе.
4) Обязан предоставить письмо-подтверждение завода-изготовителя о наличии поставляемой продукции на складе либо о согласии на её изготовление с указанием конкретных сроков изготовления.

2.2 Наличие деловых связей у Участника с производителями оборудования (производитель, письмо от производителя, дилер (официальный представитель) и т.д.) -40%;
2.3 Деловая репутация (отзывы заказчиков, участие в судебных разбирательствах, добровольная сертификация)-20%;

Decision of the competitive commission:

  1. For Lot No. 1 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "Авто-Альянс" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 749 840,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 635 457,63 RUB).
  2. For Lot No. 2 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "Компания Ладога" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 495 184,76 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 419 648,10 RUB).
  3. For Lot No. 3 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "Компания Ладога" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 622 464,99 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 527 512,70 RUB).
  4. For Lot No. 4 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ГК "Дизель" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 931 543,53 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 789 443,67 RUB).
