Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the Goods within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods at the consignment note signed by the Parties TRADING 12, the act of acceptance of the transfer of the Goods on the basis of invoiced by the Supplier. The Buyer shall transfer funds to the Supplier in the amount determined by the Parties in the relevant Specification to this Agreement
