It is necessary to equip vehicles delivering the goods to the Buyer's warehouse with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is imperative to attach to the ETP a certified route for vehicles (with detour ASF zones).

To participate in the bidding, it is necessary to obtain RUSAGRO accreditation at the B2B-Center ETP. Bidding will be held in 1 stage. Providing a sample is required. We work according to our contract form and applications (in the attachment). Also, the winner of the tender will need to provide a full set of statutory documents for concluding a supply contract (in the attachment). Prices must be given with VAT, on pallets, and by truck to our warehouses. In the bidding you must specify the minimum price for the goods.
All vehicles delivering the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is imperative to attach to the ETP a certified route for vehicles (with detour ASF zones).
If several offers indicate the same lowest price for the Lot, the winner shall be the winner of the electronic bidding, the price of which has been received earlier than other offers, ceteris paribus.
