Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Organizer of the tender as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (like the procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to choose several winners by dividing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its own discretion and without giving reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. The standard contract is sent for signature to the Winner (s), determined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is held by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the electronic trading platform B2B-center.
4. The Organizer sends a template of a standard contract to interested potential suppliers upon additional request
5. The participant of this procedure sends the Commercial proposal according to the standard form of the Organizer of the procedure.
6. The Organizer / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation of reasons and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, which do not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on E-marketplace of B2B-Center Group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature (not required during the grace period until March 2018).

7. It is obligatory for the contractor to visit the enterprise to clarify the scope of work performed, technical conditions.
8. The work with the participating company can be continued only if the Organizer of the tender receives all the required information and copies of documents (see. List of required documents for participation in the tender).
9. Rusagro-Center LLC reserves the right to revise the result of electronic trading in the event of a change in the market situation.
The participating company is obliged to treat the data transmitted under this Invitation as confidential information. The participating company is bound by the confidentiality clause with respect to all data and facts disclosed to it in connection with this procedure, and may disclose these data and facts to third parties only with the written consent of the Tender Organizer.
