Comments: We hereby notify you about the tender procedure for the selection of contractors performing installation and production at the same time both for a ventilated facade and for ground and facade advertising. Facade type - Folded, Instore at the Customer's facilities - McDonald's LLC in various regions of the Russian Federation: Central Federal District, Leningrad Region, Krasnodar Territory, Far Eastern Federal District and other regions.
The organizer of the tender, acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Customer, is the management company CBC Richard Ellis LLC.
It is proposed to search for general contractors to carry out the work with the following geographical breakdown:
• Possibility of implementing projects in all of the above regions: Central Federal District, Leningrad Region, Krasnodar Territory
• The possibility of implementing projects in the Far Eastern Federal District
• Possibility of implementing projects in the Leningrad region
• Possibility of implementing projects in the Krasnodar Territory
In case of successful implementation of the test facility / facilities, the finalist of the tender will receive 10 facilities for construction in 2022.

Requirements for participants in the tender procedure:
• Experience in the construction of simultaneously ventilated facades, as well as experience in the production and installation of facade and ground advertising
• Construction experience in retail, gas stations, positive business reputation
• Metalworking workshop
• Own production with a fleet of necessary equipment
• Positive feedback on the market for the quality of construction
• Average annual revenue of at least 150 million
• Absence of net losses for at least 2 last years
• Positive net assets, positive section "Capital and reserves" of the balance sheet
• No arrears in taxes and fees
• Number of at least 20 people (in the state of a legal entity)
• No signs of reorganization, liquidation
• Average salary of employees, relevant to the market
Prequalification of participants is carried out on the basis of completed forms and submitted documents:

All documents must be fully completed, signed and sent in the attachment, including all requested documents listed in Appendices # 01 and # 02.
Upon receipt of the completed documents, a check will be carried out for compliance with the requirements for bidders. In case of successful completion of the verification, you will be sent a form of the Agreement for review and confirmation. Further, as part of the RFP stage, you will be sent to calculate the form of a commercial proposal and technical documentation for the project.
