Payment terms:The terms of payment are determined when signing the Contract.
The payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
The payment for the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer is made with a delay of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account
Delivery terms:The date of the work is determined when signing the Contract.
The proposal must be submitted on the company's letterhead indicating:
- the full name of the organization;
- details and contact details: TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail;
The proposal must be registered in accordance with the established procedure (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed.

Comments:
The request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process (tender, auction) or a public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose obligations on the Organizer established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure reserves for the Organizer the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Bidders.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
