| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the delivery of the Goods within 30 calendar days (if the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, within 15 working days) after the signing by both Parties of the consignment note in the form of TORG-12, the acceptance certificate of the work performed, based on the invoice, invoices by transferring funds to the current account of the Supplier. |
