| Payment terms: | The customer makes an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the cost of delivery. Prepayment is made on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier, within 7 (seven) banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice. The final payment is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of shipment of the Products. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document. |
| Documentation provision procedure: | Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
