Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for all actually rendered services is carried out by the Customer by bank transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Contractor within 30 (thirty) calendar days after signing the act of services rendered, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, invoice. If the Contractor refers to small and medium-sized businesses, payment for all actually rendered services is carried out by the Customer by wire transfer of funds to the Contractor's current account within 15 (fifteen) working days after the signing of the act of services rendered, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, invoice.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
