The monitoring procedure is carried out in order to form a technical specification, analyze the price range, as well as search for potential Suppliers.
Based on the results of monitoring, a Requirements Specification can be formed and a tender can be announced to select a Supplier./Contractor/The performer.
Monitoring Bidders will be included in the pool of potential Bidders of the procurement procedure.
Monitoring is not a Call for Bidding procedure and does not entail an obligation to conclude a contract. It is not an offer.
Location of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the B2B-Center Platform E-Marketplace group (www.b2b-center.ru ). Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
